The Structure
This type of voltage transformer is outdoor inductive oil —immersed type. It is the equipment which changes high voltage of power system into standard low voltage.
This voltage transformer is designed and manufactured bashed on IEC 60044-2 and other international or national standards.
VPU-type transformer uses open core. secondary winding winded on the surface of core column, high voltage winding assembled on the insulation tube which made from high quality insulated paper; the whole transformer is dried and oil-immersed under high vacuum condition. Main insulation is even voltage structure of capacitance screen to optimize distribution of power frequency voltage between winding and insulation and raised the capacity of with standing impulse voltage on the top of product there excellent metal bellow made from stainless steel for compensating the changes along with capacity change due to temperature change and avoiding contact of transformer oil and air. This type of bellow is the most reasonable and effective among the compensation systems domestically and internationally.
