WF-PRS363 Reverse Demulsifier breaks emulsions and facilitates coagulation and separation of the dispersed phase by destroying the structure of emulsified liquids to achieve phase separation of all components in the emulsion.WF-PRS363 Reverse Demulsifier can neutralize charges,perform adsorption bridging and cause flocculation coalescence on the liquid film of negatively charged O/Wemulsions.It features rapid demulsification and efficient oil removal.Large flocs form in water with fast sedimentation,high decolorization rate and low sludge production.Rich in polar hydroxyl and amide groups,it has high charge density and a molecular weight of up to ten million,offering better demulsification performance than conventional demulsifiers.

4.Method of application

WF-PRS363 Reverse Demulsifier is compatible with split and multi-port dosing systems.Add this product first,carry out flotation to recover high-quality crude oil,and then proceed with impurity removal for wastewater.It suits oil pipelines with high water cut and can be dosed at wellheads or small stations for clear oil-water separation and clean separated water after incoming treatment.Depending on different service systems,the dosage of WF-PRS363 ranges from 20 to 100 ppm.The optimal dosageshall be determined by customers through tests under actual working conditions.

5.Packaging,storage and precautions

Packaging:50kg,200kg ,1000kg ,or customized packaging upon negotiation.

Store hermetically sealed in a cool dark place;avoid long-term exposure to extreme hot or cold environments.

The shelf life of the product is 1 year.
