 It helps our team correctly match your store with relevant RFQs and category pages.
 Buyers are far more likely to message and send RFQs to suppliers with rich, verified profiles.
How to complete your profile (step-by-step):
1. Log in to your store.
2. Click your company icon (top-right).
3. Select Dashboard from the dropdown → Account Settings → Store Settings.
4. Fill in all details (logo, about, address, phone, website, social links).
5. Company Tags / Keywords: In the Keywords field, add what you sell as separate tags.
* Example: type Tea then press Enter, type Coffee then Enter, type Rice then Enter, etc.
1. Save your changes.
Pro tips:
* Use your official brand name and a short, specific About (what you sell + key strengths).
* Add multiple accurate tags (products, materials, industries, certifications).
* Keep contact details up to date—buyers want fast replies.
2) Upload a High-Quality Profile Banner
A professional banner immediately increases credibility and click-throughs. It highlights your brands, categories, and value (e.g., MOQ, lead time, certifications).

* Email a screenshot of your successful payment to [email protected].
* Include your company name (and any brand assets or notes if you have them).
* If we need more info, we’ll contact you. Otherwise, we’ll prepare and upload your design within 2–3 working days.

* Recommended size: 1920 × 500–700 px (JPG/PNG)
* Keep text large and readable; highlight primary categories, USP (e.g., ISO, fast shipping), and contact.
* Avoid clutter—clean background, 2–3 brand colors, high-res images only.
