Manglam Biomass Gasifiers serves as a simple and reliable solution for bringing down the fuel cost by over 50%. It can convert the solid biomass, such as, wood, wood-waste, corn wastes, coconut shell, rice husks, agriculture residue, etc. into the clean combustible gas (producer gas) by means of a process known as Thermal Gasification.

Manglam Biomass Gasifiers provides all the advantages associated with using gaseous and liquid fuels, such as clean combustion, compact burning equipment, high thermal efficiency and a good degree of control just like a conventional diesel burner.

The supply of gas from the gasification system can be conveniently isolated from the combustion system. The producer gas can be piped out from the Gasifier (which can be physically installed outside the plant building, as per the convenience of the user) to the ovens, furnaces, etc. located in the plant building. So the process of fuel handling and the ash removal can be kept isolated from the actual working area, which adds to the overall safety and enhances the working conditions of the place.

The producer gas produced by Gasifier can be burnt in specially designed burners, in place of fossil fuels like L.D.O./F.O./CNG/LPG/Diesel/CNG. Thus, expensive liquid/gas fuels can be effectively replaced by low cost wood/biomass without any changes in operations, temperature profile, temperature control and cleanliness in the plant area.
