Genolux Co., Ltd. was founded by Kim Ki-ok, CEO of Hyosung Science & Technology Co., Ltd. in 2006 as a research and development center for in vitro diagnostic medical devices, RNAi services, gene expression and inhibition.

Since its establishment in 2007, it has invested heavily in R & D. As a result, the RNAi service has been launched from the second half of the year based on the success of the RNA synthesis method development in 2008 and the RNAi verification method construction in 2009. In July 2013, we acquired ISO 13845 certification, obtained medical device manufacturing approval in August, and began to produce Nextractor, a nucleic acid (DNA / RNA) extraction device, in December.
