AP16 IF BLOT ELITE is an innovative and fast tool for automating IFA and BLOT methods, is equipped with a bar code reader for samples and a camera for reading the bar code of the slides and strip for Blot. the instrument is capable of processing 16 IFA slides with 12 wells, perform dilution samples, dispensing samples and reagents, incubation times and washing of slides wells. Thanks to Blot module and the camera is able to perform the complete automation for Dot / Western Blot, starting from the dispensing and diluting samples, dispensing reagents, washing incubazionee strip up image processing and evaluation of each strip; The software also provides for the creation of reports and their storage.
