Arteleon is produced from our olive trees, which grow in the wider area of Ancient Olympia.
We collect the olive fruit by mechanical methods from mid-November, followed the same day by cold pressing at a temperature below 25 degrees Celsius, ensuring 100% of its nutritional value.
We store the extra virgin olive oil in perfectly controlled conditions in suitable tanks in a cool and dark place. We then bottle it in a standard certified bottling plant in ergonomic packaging.
