This is an artificial casing, made of polyamide and viscose fibres, for the packaging of raw and cooked salamis. It is particularly fit for coppas, culatellos, bresaolas, salamis. It needs a minimum seasonings time, and guarantees a very good formation of mould and plumage during seasoning. It also allows an extremely easy peeling and looks like natural casing. Available from Ø mm 33 up to Ø mm 180. Packaging: on rolls of mt. 100. Different forms that may recall typical types of sausages can be produced on request.
