Product Descriptions
The ball mill refiners consist of a vertical cylinder which house the ball mills, driven by a reel agitator, connected to a gearmotor located in the upper part of the mill. A preliminary and coarse grinding nibs, obtained after roasting and decorticating the beans, speeds up the process to achieve the cocoa mass significantly. The TECNO 3 RAS-MC series ball mill refiners with various output capacities, are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and wear-proof material is used in the refining area. All the parameters can be set from the operator panel and controlled from the PLC.
