We’ve spent some long days and nights designing and testing our Camburg Raptor performance spindles. CAD designed with stress analyzing we’ve come up with a product that surpasses the factory part not only in strength, but in quality and attention to detail. It’s the detail work that sets our product apart from others. We use the highest quality materials and manufacturing techniques when building these. We water-jet cut the thick plates, MIG weld them, then CNC machine them in-house to 0.001” tolerances after welding for precision fitment of the hubs and driveline assembly. We then MIG and TIG weld the remaining 4130 chromoly gussets, plates and machined components and powercoat them in our trademark Camburg steel gray. We include stronger and longer bolts for the brake calipers and hub assembly as we increase the thickness in those areas for added strength.
These will bolt up just like stock and even work with the factory wheels and tires. When stepping up to a larger tire size we recommend a zero offset wheel from KMC and Method for added clearance.
We also have an optional heim tab kit to double shear aftermarket heim steering kits using mil-spec MS21250 12pt bolts and hardware.
