It is an aluminum cigar type rigid tube with a hemispherical rubber at one end, when pumped slightly compresses ink towards a fine ball point for sharp and fine marking. It is similar to 'Texpen'. It is basically using a slotted template for marking datum line when testing dimensional stability (shrinkage) to washing and processing on fabrics. Widely used in textile laboratories.
