Suitable for roasting and granulation of cocoa beans and dried fruit in general as hazelnuts , almonds , pistachios , etc. Every roasting plant RI is made exclusively with infrared electric system with a hot cooling and cleaning system and suction cuticles . The toasting time variates according to the incoming product, average time of roasting 25/35 minutes. The crushing system TR , patented , allows you to transform the product without compressing or heating it without affecting the organoleptic properties of what you want to transform.
