COOKIES PRODUCTION LINE
A line suitable for the production of wire-cut, filled, or jam thumbprint cookies. Driven by servomotors and PLC for a wide range of adjustments, high accuracy, and automatic storage of data and recipes. This production line can be manufactured according to customer requirements and with the following options:
Extractable head on a side trolley for cleaning operation
Moulding device equipped with heated moulds, suitable for cookie moulding
Interchangeable wire-cut device, driven by servomotor
Dry ingredients dispenser (sugar, chocolate chips ….) for ‘target’ distribution on product
