CPE3368 788B Lachha paratha production line specs
The CPE-3368 Integrated Lachha Paratha Production Line is designed for automatic bulk production of layered flatbreads such as Lachha paratha, scallion flatbread and etc. It can be also used for production of roti paratha, meat pie or flavored pancake with minor customization. The line is with 8 main function stations from dough feeding, sheeting, stretching, oiling and rolling, resting, vertical cutting, forming. Followed by the 788B automatic pressing and filming machine to make the parathas ready for following processes like quick frozen and packing.
The production line is with high efficiency requiring only 3-5 operators, this fully automated solution is ideal for flatbread manufacturers and food brands seeking high capacity, stable, and labor-saving solutions.
