Technical caracteristics Curd Cutter mod. LAB 01-03

The curd cutter mod. LAB 01 has the function of cutting fresh or preserved curd
into optimum-sized slices for the next stage in the cooking-stretching process.
The Mod. LAB 01/03 is complete with:
- product loading hopper ;
- gearmotor;
- rotating disc equipe by vertical knives
POSSIBLE ADJUSTMENTS
- Slices thickness (by adjusting the distance between the blade disc and blades)
OUTPUT: up to 500 Kg/h.
HYGIENE OF PRODUCTION
The construction of the machine allows an immediate visual inspection of each part, as well as the quick and easy to wash.
