Z-Wrap brushes provide powerful friction cleaning across the front, sides, and rear of customer vehicles as they move through the wash. The hydraulically-driven brush system spins to remove dirt as the brushes swing across the entire length of the vehicle.
The movement of the Z-Wrap system operates on gravity, so you don't need to worry about complicated controls or interface systems. Thanks to the design the wraps also self-adjust to most conveyor speeds without incident. This simple stainless steel design provides fantastic energy and space-efficient cleaning with very low maintenance requirement and plays a central role in all of our Combo and All-In-One module systems.
