| Electrical Packages – Electrical Equipment Supply and Installation Contractor for Oil & Gas and Industrial Facilities Electrical Packages provide integrated supply and installation of electrical equipment, materials, and systems for oil and gas EPC projects, plant expansions, shutdowns, and maintenance programmes across upstream, midstream, downstream, and industrial facility applications. As an experienced electrical package contractor and supplier, we deliver complete electrical packages encompassing switchgear, transformers, motor control centres (MCCs), cables, cable trays, lighting systems, earthing and lightning protection, and hazardous area electrical equipment. Our electrical packages cover primary power distribution equipment including high voltage (HV) and medium voltage (MV) switchgear assemblies, power and distribution transformers, emergency diesel generator sets, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, and automatic transfer switches (ATS). Low voltage (LV) distribution encompasses motor control centres (MCC), power distribution boards (PDB), panel boards, and variable speed drives (VSD) for rotating equipment motor control. Cable supply and installation packages include MV power cables, LV power cables, control cables, instrumentation cables, and fibre optic cables in armoured and unarmoured configurations selected to match circuit voltage, current carrying capacity, installation route, and area classification requirements. Cable tray and ladder rack systems, conduit systems, cable transit sealing, and cable gland installations are included within the complete electrical installation package. Hazardous area electrical equipment supply and installation is a core competency, encompassing Ex-d (flameproof), Ex-e (increased safety), Ex-n (non-sparking), and Ex-p (pressurised) certified equipment for installation in Zone 1 and Zone 2 classified areas as per IEC 60079 and NEC Article 500 requirements. Equipment includes Ex-rated junction boxes, local control stations, push button stations, lighting fixtures, and electrical heat tracing systems. Electrical installation works include cable pulling and termination, glanding and lugging, switchgear and MCC installation and energisation, transformer installation, motor termination, earthing network installation, lightning protection system installation, and area lighting installation. Pre-commissioning testing including insulation resistance (IR) testing, high pot testing, continuity testing, loop testing, and protection relay testing are performed and documented prior to energisation. Applications include new facility electrical installations for oil and gas process facilities, power generation substations, water treatment plants, and industrial manufacturing complexes, as well as brownfield electrical upgrade and modification packages for operating facilities across the GCC and regional markets. All electrical supply and installation activities comply with IEC 60364, IEC 60079 (Hazardous Areas), IEEE standards, local authority wiring regulations, ISO 9001 quality management, and project-specific electrical engineering documents and area classification drawings.
