| Electrochlorination Packages – Mechanical Contractor for Skid Package Installation and Integration in Marine, Oil & Gas, and Water Treatment Applications Electrochlorination Packages provide specialist mechanical installation and integration services for electrochlorination systems used in seawater treatment, cooling water biofouling control, and potable water disinfection applications across marine, offshore oil and gas, and water utility facilities. As an experienced mechanical contractor and service provider, we deliver complete installation packages for electrochlorination system skids including structural skid setting, piping installation, mechanical connections, testing, and commissioning support. Our electrochlorination package scopes encompass the installation of electrochlorination system skid packages supplied by original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), including seawater intake filter units, electrolyser cell modules, hydrogen degassing systems, sodium hypochlorite dosing skids, rectifier panels, and associated ancillary equipment. Piping installations connect electrochlorination skid packages to seawater supply headers, treated water distribution headers, injection points, and chemical storage systems. Structural skid setting includes foundation preparation, equipment levelling, anchor bolt grouting, and alignment verification prior to mechanical connections. All interconnecting piping is fabricated and installed in corrosion-resistant materials including GRP, HDPE, FRP, duplex stainless steel, or titanium-lined carbon steel as specified to handle the corrosive nature of electrochlorinated seawater and sodium hypochlorite solution. Supporting structures, pipe supports, hangers, and safety systems including eyewash stations, gas detection wiring provisions, and ventilation ductwork connections are installed as part of the complete mechanical package. Pressure testing of all field-installed piping is conducted prior to commissioning.
