Intended Use
- EpiGene Bisulfite Conversion Kit contains reagents required to perform bisulfite modifications on DNA samples. In the bisulfite reactions, all the unmethylated cytosines are deaminated and sulfonated, and then were converted to uracils, while 5-methylcytosines remain unchanged. The kit has to be used with the “EpiGene” Nucleic Acid Automatic Extraction Instrument.
