Product Descriptions
The FabriPak II is a pulse jet dust collector using compressed air to automatically clean the filter media.
Dust laden air is drawn through the inlet and impacts upon the inlet baffle, this causes the heavier particles to drop out of the airstream and drop directly in to the hopper. The incoming air is then distributed over the fabric filter surface which in turn causes a filter cake to be created which further increases the filtration efficiency.
At a set time or predetermined pressure drop, compressed air pulses through the bags in the opposite direction of the airflow. The dust falls out through the hopper.
