The printing method is being processed using polymer plates(cliché) that is being mounted on a cylinder sleeve. The ink from the tray will be transferred to the anilox roller which will be transferred to the embossed polymer plates and then transferred to the printing films.
Flexographic printing is good for simple jobs and small runs because of easy set-up but the mounted cliché cannot last for long running jobs without re-mounting the cliché from time to time.
