High-speed counting, sorting and batching system

Vacuum counting system (patent applied for)

This system utilizes vacuum for high-speed counting of individual items and for grouping these items into small batches that increase sorting efficiency.

• Counting tables are made of stainless steel and are designed to minimize operator's twisting and bending
• Vacuum boxes generate the suction for high speed counting and accumulate items by product to increase efficiency in te sorting area.

The system can process 1,500pcs/op hr. to 2,500pcs/op hr. depending on product mix.

Automatic soil sort system (patent applied for)

This system automatically sorts the products that are discharged from the Vacuum Count system using compartmentalized sorting belt and a series of sorting modules.

Automatic batching system

• Batches of sorted products are accumulated in a series of stainless steel hoppers.

The accumulation system can be designed to handle any batch size between 36kg (80 lbs) to 120kg (260 lbs) of clean dry weight.
