1. Introduction to GFCY Series Photovoltaic Hydraulic Pile Hammer
GFCY series photovoltaic hydraulic pile hammer machine is a commonly used pile foundation construction equipment in the construction of photovoltaic power stations. The machine uses hydraulic hammering to drive the pile foundation into the ground. The pile driving speed is fast and can quickly complete the construction of steel sheet piles, I-beams, U-shaped steels, cement piles, wooden piles and other pile foundations.
2. Features of GFCY Series Photovoltaic Hydraulic Pile Hammer
2.1 It has higher hammering energy and hammering frequency, which significantly improves the efficiency of pile hammering, shortens the construction period and reduces construction costs.
2.2 The chassis uses special engineering tracks with wide and stable track shoes, which have good off-road performance and can adapt to various complex and changeable terrains.
2.3 The chassis is configured to rotate 360° to achieve all-round pile foundation construction.
2.4 Equipped with a slide pitch cylinder, a slide swing cylinder and a slide telescopic compensation cylinder, the trinity can accurately locate the pile hole position, ensuring the verticality of the pile and reducing errors.
