HEAT CLEANING OVENS

Powder coated and Liquid painted products (the hooks ,the hangers etc.) cleaning with Heat Cleaning method is using 20 years in Europe and U.S.A.

The paint on the product or hook required to be purified in the hook and defective coated part purification ovens is purified by separating the bonds of the coat with the dissolution of the components deformed at various temperatures in the coat, in a flameless, less oxygen environment.

Since the purification is performed by separating the chemical bond between the organic and inorganic materials in the paint within a flameless environment, the hooks ,the hangers and the defective coated parts are cleaned without any damage.

*On the control unit different programs and safety systems created for various paint thicknesses and various paint types, a safe and fast purification operation without harming to the environment can be achieved.
* Since there will not be any physical abrasion, no hook and hanger deformation will ocur as in the processes such as sanding, etc.
