| Heat Exchangers – Thermal Equipment Fabrication and Installation Support Contractor for Oil & Gas and Industrial Applications Heat Exchangers are fundamental thermal process equipment items for temperature control, heat recovery, process fluid cooling, and condensing and reboiling duties across refineries, petrochemical plants, gas processing facilities, power generation plants, and general heavy industrial complexes. As a thermal equipment fabricator and installation support contractor, we deliver complete heat exchanger packages including shell and tube heat exchangers, air-cooled heat exchangers (air coolers/fin-fan coolers), and associated piping and structural support systems. Our heat exchanger packages encompass fabrication of shell and tube heat exchanger assemblies including shells, channel sections, tube bundles, baffles, tube sheets, and end covers in carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, and high-alloy materials selected to match shellside and tubeside fluid service conditions, temperatures, and pressures. Tube bundle assembly includes tube rolling, seal welding or strength welding of tubes to tube sheets, baffle pitch setting, and pass partition plate installation as specified by TEMA design requirements. Air-cooled heat exchanger (ACHE) packages include structural bay frames, tube bundles, fin tubes, header boxes, plug sheet assemblies, fan and drive mechanical systems, motor platforms, and plenum duct connections. Air cooler structural bay frames are fabricated to specified wind load and equipment load requirements. Finned tube bundle assemblies are inspected for fin height, fin pitch, fin bond integrity, and tube hydraulic pressure testing prior to installation. Installation support activities encompass equipment setting on foundations, alignment and levelling, mechanical connection of process nozzle piping, pressure testing of field-assembled connections, and coordination with rotating equipment installers for fan drive commissioning. Pipe support fabrication and installation for exchanger inlet and outlet piping is included within the package scope. Applications include crude oil preheat train exchangers, overhead condensers, reboilers, product coolers, interstage coolers for compression trains, gas-gas exchangers, lube oil coolers, and utility heat exchangers across refinery, petrochemical, gas processing, and power generation facility types. All fabrication and installation activities comply with ASME Section VIII Division 1 (Pressure Vessels), TEMA (Tubular Exchanger Manufacturers Association) standards, and ISO 9001 quality management requirements. Project-specific ITPs govern all fabrication inspection and testing activities.
