CNC machining enables repeatable production of complex component geometries to dimensional tolerances in the range of ±0.01 mm or tighter as required by component function and assembly fit requirements. Multi-axis machining capability allows simultaneous contouring operations on complex three-dimensional component profiles without multiple setup repositioning, maintaining precision datum control throughout the machining sequence.

Typical components manufactured include pump impellers, wear rings, shaft sleeves, valve trim (seats, plugs, stems, bonnets), orifice plates, instrument fittings, pressure vessel nozzle machined connections, flange faces, compressor internals, bearing housings, couplings, and custom mechanical adapters. Components are inspected using coordinate measuring machines (CMM), calibrated gauging, surface roughness measurement, and hardness testing as required by the component drawing specification.
