【INTENDED USE】
This kit is to utilize in vitro PCR amplification for detecting High-risk Human Papillomavirus DNA (Types 16, 18, 31, 33, 45, 52, 56, and 58) in genitourinary tract secretion and tissue biopsy specimens, and to assist in the diagnosis of High-risk Human Papillomavirus infection and monitor the therepeutic effectivess of drug treatment. The result is for information purposes only, should not be a basis of making a final diagnosis or for discarding cases.

【PRINCIPLE】
This kit includes a pair of HR-HPV specific primers, one single-strand HR-HPV specific fluorescence probe, PCR reaction solution, thermostable DNA polymerase (Taq DNA polymerase), four nucleotide monomers (deoxynucleoside triphosphates, dNTPs). The HR-HPV DNA is to be detected by in vitro PCR amplification.
