| HVAC/Chiller Line Packages – Mechanical Contractor for Industrial HVAC and Chilled Water Systems HVAC/Chiller Line Packages encompass the complete mechanical installation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, chilled water, and condenser water piping systems for industrial, commercial, and process facility applications. As a specialist HVAC mechanical contractor and service provider, we deliver end-to-end installation of HVAC distribution networks, ductwork systems, and chiller plant piping infrastructure across a range of facility types. Our HVAC packages cover the installation of chilled water (CHW) piping, condenser water (CW) piping, refrigerant lines, air handling unit connections, fan coil unit connections, and associated mechanical equipment tie-ins. Ductwork fabrication and installation encompasses supply air, return air, and exhaust air distribution systems, including sheet metal fabrication, duct supports, volume control dampers, and terminal unit connections. Piping installations include black steel, galvanised steel, copper, and pre-insulated pipe systems selected to match service fluid, pressure, and temperature requirements. Pipe supports, hangers, and seismic restraints are engineered and installed in accordance with project structural requirements. Insulation coordination, including specification review and interface with insulation contractors, is managed as part of the overall mechanical package delivery.
