TO Activate: Bend metal disk back and forth with thumb and forefinger of both hands.
Knead pack and secure warmer to heel by wrapping strip around foot.
Characteristic:
To avoid burns, check skin every 30 seconds. Be careful when using on premature infants or where skin is not fully developed. If warmer leaks, wash skin with water and discard.
Store at room temperature(15-30°C)
Usage:
hold the bag with one hand while press the hot button disc several times inside the bag with the pollex and forefinger of your another hand . The liquid shall turn to solid and release heat soon.
