| Instrumentation Packages – Instrument Supply and Installation Contractor for Oil & Gas and Industrial Process Control Applications Instrumentation Packages provide comprehensive supply and installation of field instrumentation, control systems, safety instrumented systems (SIS), and associated instrumentation infrastructure for oil and gas EPC projects, plant shutdowns, brownfield modifications, and maintenance campaigns. As an experienced instrumentation contractor and supplier, we deliver end-to-end instrumentation packages from field device supply through loop testing and commissioning support across upstream, midstream, downstream, and industrial process facility applications. Our instrumentation packages encompass the complete range of field measurement and detection devices including pressure transmitters, differential pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters and thermowells, level transmitters (radar, guided wave radar, differential pressure, displacer), flow meters (magnetic, Coriolis, vortex, turbine, orifice plate and flow element assemblies), analytical instruments (pH, conductivity, gas detectors, flame detectors, H₂S and LEL detectors), and position transmitters for valve and actuator feedback. Control valve and actuator packages are supplied and installed as integral components of the instrumentation scope, including control valve bodies, positioners, actuators (pneumatic, electric, hydraulic), solenoid valves, limit switches, and handwheels. Valve sizing and selection is reviewed against the process data sheet to confirm Cv, trim configuration, and shutoff classification requirements prior to supply. Safety instrumented system (SIS) equipment supply includes safety-rated sensors, logic solvers (safety PLCs), and final elements in configurations meeting SIL 1, SIL 2, and SIL 3 requirements as determined by the Safety Integrity Level (SIL) assessment. SIS installation, loop testing, and factory acceptance testing (FAT) support are included within the package scope. Control system packages encompass Distributed Control System (DCS) hardware and configuration, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) panels, Remote Input/Output (RIO) cabinets, Human Machine Interface (HMI) stations, SCADA system integration, and communication network infrastructure. Instrument cable supply and installation includes multicore instrument cables, individual shielded pairs, fieldbus cables, and fibre optic communication cables routed on dedicated instrument cable tray systems. Instrumentation installation works cover instrument hook-up including impulse tubing, process connections, instrument supports, junction box wiring, cable pulling and termination, loop testing, and commissioning support including loop check witnessing and control system functional testing. Applications include oil and gas production facilities, gas processing plants, refineries, pipeline SCADA systems, power generation instrumentation, water treatment plant automation, and industrial process control across the GCC and regional markets.
