As a specialist fabricator and supplier, we deliver complete metering skid packages integrating piping, structural skid frames, valves, flow elements, and instrumentation interface in a pre-assembled, tested configuration ready for site installation. Our metering packages are designed for both crude oil and natural gas service, covering fiscal metering, allocation metering, test separator metering, and production monitoring applications. Crude oil metering packages typically incorporate positive displacement or Coriolis meters, upstream flow conditioning, filter/separator equipment, sample connections, pressure and temperature instrumentation, and data acquisition interface provisions. Gas metering packages are configured around ultrasonic, turbine, or orifice metering technologies as specified by the measurement philosophy and applicable standards. Skid packages are fabricated on structural carbon steel base frames designed to support all installed equipment, piping, and instrument loads under operating and transport conditions. Process piping is fabricated in carbon steel, stainless steel, or duplex stainless steel as required by the service fluid corrosivity, pressure, and temperature. Valves, fittings, and instrumentation connections are selected and installed to API and ASME pressure class requirements. All piping and pressure-containing components within the skid are hydrostatic pressure tested prior to shipment. Instrument hook-up, impulse tubing, and signal cable routing are completed at the fabrication stage to minimise field installation and commissioning time. Factory acceptance testing (FAT) is conducted to verify metering system performance and integration prior to delivery. Applications include production wellhead metering, flowline custody transfer, gas allocation at gathering manifolds, export metering, and fiscal measurement at sales points. Metering packages are deployed in onshore production facilities, gas compression stations, pipeline stations, and offshore platform topsides.
