a tank (capacity: 600 l.) triple wall for reconstitution / preparation, equipped with high-speed stirrer and temperature control
a plate heat exchanger to four sections designed for the pasteurization, cooling and heat recovery; Complete Stop and all of the operating parameters controls. Capacity: 1,000 l / h
a tank for storage / storage of the cooled product (capacity: 600 l.) with slow stirrer and temperature control.

If the working procedures are adhered to, MILAIT can work continuously, with the addition of refrigerated tanks ranging in size depending on the amount and the milk collection system, MILAIT can treat fresh milk coming straight from the stable.
