The house is fully insulated for year-round use.

- Construction: Reinforced steel profiles, with the ability to lift the entire structure for unloading, e.g., by crane from the roof or by forklift from the bottom, through the floor. The structure is corrosion-resistant.

- Walls and roof: 160mm thick sandwich panel with a polyurethane core - heat transfer coefficient of 0.14 W/m²K. Warm aluminum window frames, safety glass U=1.0 W/m²K

- Warm aluminum doors with thermal break, safety glass U=1.0 W/m²K.

- Flooring: longitudinal and transverse profiles - grid, trapezoidal sheet metal, insulation layer, moisture-resistant floor slab, linoleum flooring, skirting boards.

- Electrical and lighting installation

- Kitchenette with induction cooktop and refrigerator

- Fully equipped toilet: compact toilet, shower cubicle with tap, electric boiler, sink with cabinet, water and sewer connections

Optionally, upon request, we offer additional equipment, such as:

- additional partition walls

- air conditioning

- LAN ports, HDMI cables, antenna cables

- can be finished to suit individual customer preferences, offering a variety of interior colors and textures
exterior façade personalization (any image, logo, or text on façade panels)
