| Mortar Lining Packages – Pipeline Rehabilitation Contractor for Internal Cement Mortar Lining of Water and Industrial Pipelines Mortar Lining Packages provide a specialist internal pipeline rehabilitation service, delivering high-performance cement mortar lining to new and existing pipelines, fittings, and associated pipeline infrastructure. As an experienced pipeline rehabilitation contractor and service provider, we execute centrifugal spinning and spray application of cement mortar linings across a range of pipe diameters and materials for water distribution, industrial cooling, and utility conveyance systems. Our mortar lining packages encompass the complete lining process from surface preparation through final inspection and acceptance. Internal pipe surfaces are prepared by mechanical cleaning, high-pressure water blasting, or grit blasting to achieve the required surface cleanliness and profile prior to lining application. Mortar mix design is controlled to meet specified compressive strength, water-cement ratio, and consistency requirements in accordance with applicable standards. Centrifugal lining application is the primary method for smaller diameter pipelines, using high-speed rotating heads to apply and compact mortar uniformly against the pipe wall. For larger diameters and complex geometries, spray application or hand-applied methods are employed. Lining thickness is controlled and verified throughout the process using calibrated measurement instruments, with thickness records maintained for each inspected section. Curing of applied linings is managed under controlled conditions to prevent premature drying, cracking, or delamination. Internal inspection of cured linings is conducted using visual examination and, where specified, closed-circuit television (CCTV) survey to verify lining continuity, thickness compliance, and surface quality. Key applications include potable water transmission and distribution mains, raw water pipelines, industrial cooling water systems, seawater intake and outfall lines, and fire suppression network pipelines. Mortar lining provides a durable, corrosion-resistant interior surface that extends pipeline service life, improves hydraulic efficiency, and prevents contamination of conveyed fluids. All mortar lining works are executed in compliance with AWWA C205 (Cement-Mortar Protective Lining) and applicable EN standards. Quality management is maintained under ISO 9001 certification, with project-specific QA/QC procedures and inspection documentation governing each lining operation. Our customized rehabilitation solutions deliver high-performance results across water authority, industrial, and oil and gas utility pipeline assets in the GCC and regional markets. |
