For the accumulation of rolls arriving from a rewinding machine
The automatic roll accumulator model MR16 is an additional equipment option to improve the efficiency of the production plant and minimize operator intervention. Most line stoppages are caused by cartoning machines.
This can easily be resolved and the accumulator therefore reduces the stop time of the rewinding machine. It accumulates the rolls produced by the rewinding machine while the cartoning machine is on hold. Once the problem is resolved and the cartoning machine restarted, the automatic roll accumulator then releases the rolls back into the line at a fixed rate.
