Four DNA thermal cycler "Tertsik" for amplification in tubes of 0.5 ml. The device is designed as a single unit that combines four independently controlled fuser.
Advantages of using multichannel thermocycler "Tertsik»:
• in each thermoblock 10 can be mounted to the tubes with the volume of the reaction mixture from 10 to 50 l;
• three methods of adjusting the reaction temperature:
- Passive (for block temperature);
- Two active method (mathematical model);
• LCD graphical display allows you to create programs and to monitor the progress of the process without the use of a PC;
• the ability to work in conjunction with any IBM-compatible PC;
• High uniformity of temperature inside the fuser;
• silent operation.
