| Multiport & Conventional Manifold Skid Packages – Fabricator and Supplier of Production, Test, and Injection Manifold Systems for Oil & Gas Multiport and Conventional Manifold Skid Packages provide engineered, pre-fabricated manifold solutions for well production gathering, well testing, and fluid injection applications across upstream oil and gas production facilities. As a specialist fabricator and supplier, we deliver complete skid-mounted manifold packages integrating manifold headers, valves, piping, structural skid frames, and instrumentation provisions in a pre-assembled configuration for efficient site installation and commissioning. Our manifold packages cover the full range of production facility manifold types. Multiport manifolds provide individual well inlet connections with isolation, choke, and routing flexibility to direct well streams to production headers or test separator inlets as required by field operational philosophy. Conventional manifolds provide production header and test header configurations with individual wing valve and master valve hook-up points for standard wellhead tie-in arrangements. Injection manifold packages are engineered for water injection, chemical injection, and gas lift injection service, providing distribution headers with individual well injection valves, flow control provisions, and isolation capability. All manifold configurations are designed to specified flow rates, operating pressures, and fluid compositions including presence of H₂S, CO₂, or abrasive solids where applicable. Skid structures are fabricated on heavy-duty structural carbon steel base frames with integral drain pans, equipment pads, and piping support provisions. Process piping is fabricated in carbon steel or corrosion-resistant alloys (CRA) as dictated by fluid service and corrosion allowance requirements. Valves, flanges, and fittings are selected and installed to ASME B31.3 pressure class and API valve standards. All pressure-containing components undergo hydrostatic testing to specified test pressures prior to skid acceptance. Dimensional verification, weld inspection including NDT, valve function testing, and documentation package preparation are completed as part of the quality inspection programme. Applications include wellhead production gathering stations, central processing facilities (CPF), early production facilities (EPF), and injection pump station outlet manifolds in onshore and offshore oil and gas fields throughout the GCC region. All works comply with ASME B31.3 (Process Piping), applicable API standards, and ISO 9001 quality management requirements. Project-specific QA/QC procedures and ITPs govern each fabrication and inspection activity.
