As a result of combining golden and soft virgin olive oils with refined olive oils, it is obtained olive oil. Depending on the virgin olive oil used and the quantity taken, we will get flavored olive oils more or less intense.
It is ideal for making smooth sauces or dishes in which we do not wish to over-emphasize the flavor of the olive oil.
