| Pipe Rack and Plant Shelter Packages – Structural Steel Fabrication and Erection Contractor for Oil & Gas and Industrial Facilities Pipe Rack and Plant Shelter Packages deliver purpose-engineered structural steel solutions for piping support infrastructure and enclosed equipment shelter buildings across oil and gas, power, petrochemical, and heavy industrial facilities. As an experienced structural steel fabricator and erector, we provide complete packages from design coordination and shop fabrication through field erection, cladding installation, and final inspection. Our pipe rack packages encompass single-tier and multi-tier structural steel pipe racks designed to support process piping, utility piping, electrical cable trays, and instrumentation conduits in organised, accessible configurations. Pipe rack structures are fabricated from carbon steel sections including H-beams, channels, angles, and hollow structural sections, selected and sized to carry specified loading conditions including pipe dead loads, operating loads, wind, and seismic forces as required by project location and design code. Plant shelter packages include structural steel frames for equipment shelters, compressor buildings, pump houses, control buildings, substation buildings, and general-purpose industrial shelter structures. Frames are designed to accommodate roof cladding, wall cladding, roller doors, access doors, ventilation panels, and overhead crane systems where required. Cladding systems in insulated metal panel, corrugated steel sheet, or louver panel configurations are installed as part of the complete shelter package. Shop fabrication is executed to approved fabrication drawings using certified welding procedures and qualified welders, with dimensional control and fit-up inspection at each assembly stage. Protective coating systems including blast cleaning, primer, and topcoat or hot-dip galvanising are applied to project specification requirements. Modular pre-assembly of shelter frames reduces field erection time and simplifies crane lift sequencing. Field erection activities include structural alignment, anchor bolt setting, base plate grouting, bolted connection torquing, field welding, and final survey. Access platforms, stairways, handrails, and safety systems are integrated into the structural package as required. All works comply with AISC and EN 1090 structural fabrication and erection standards. Quality management is certified to ISO 9001, HSE to ISO 45001, and all welding is executed and qualified to approved WPS/PQR documentation.
