The rock drill bit is connected with the drill rod, through the drive of the rock drill to achieve the purpose of cutting rock parts, the whole system to bear the greatest impact and wear parts. There are different types of rock drill bits, such as chip bits, button bits... Kelleg offers a wide range of rock drill bits, including top hammer bits and DTH drill bits.
Top hammer bit type
- chisel bit: suitable for light rock drills to drill rock formations with low hardness.
- Cross bit and X bit: suitable for drilling cracked rock formations and highly abrasive rock formations under the condition of rock drills with large impact power, and have strong radial abrasion resistance.
- Button bit: Under the condition of a rock drill with a large impact power, it is more suitable than a flaky insert drill bit, has a higher rock drilling speed and service life, and the drilled hole shape is relatively round.
