     The heater adopts section type infrared temperature adjusting control. Each group of heating lights in 
preheating area and adjusting area could work separately according to the technical requirement. The real-time
surveillance assures the preciseness of the technics.
     The specially designed second blowing system monitors the pressure variation curve daring the molding
process of each cavity. Preparing the real time parameters for the technics adjustment. It is absolutely
convenient  for operators to adjust technical parameters and the bottle molding quality is stable.
　 The parameters like heating time and blowing time could be set according to customer’s preform and
bottle shape.
     The equipment uses full-close transparent window structure with sound and reliable security door
system, which ensures operator safety, normal production and equipment running.
