INDUSTRIAL MIXER WITH DOUBLE ARM SIGMA DEDICATED TO RUBBER PRODUCTION BASE.
Sigma mixer available in a wide range of models with capacities from 50 to 3000 [liters], designed for normal to very heavy duty applications that require high power and structural strength of the machine.
the mixing tank
The mixing tank is of the double cradle type and is complete with jacket for the heating of the dough that can occur in two ways:
using electrical heaters immersed in diathermic oil
by direct steam (only if the user has any OF THE SPECIAL circuit within its establishment)
In order to ensure a greater thermal efficiency, but above all to ensure the safety of the operator, on the tub is provided a thermal insulation which eliminates the risk of excessive heating of the areas potentially at hand.
Inside the tank, thanks to the arms sigma differentiated and counter-rotating speed, is the mixing of the raw materials: these types of arms are particularly well known for the mixing efficiency and cutting of materials, for the excellent and fast dispersion and mixing of all the raw materials loaded either manually or automatically. The reversal of the tub, for the manual loading operations of the first and for the unloading materials, is obtained thanks to the action of one or more hydraulic cylinders. The lid may be hinged, counterbalanced and dust seal; alternatively can be made fixed, preset for an automatic loading of raw materials.
All parts in contact with the product can be produced in 304 / 304L stainless steel, 316 / 316L and / or recognized high mechanical strength steels suitable for contact with food substances.

The main engine is located inside the structure of the machine, is supplied with bimetallic, weather sealing and IP55 protection.

mechanical transmission

The motion created by the main motor is transmitted to a mechanical reduction gear via pulleys and V-belts; from here, with the aid of an elastic joint, it is moved a pair of stronger gears in an oil bath which directly transmit the driving force to the mixing arms.
