Specially designed for oriental sweet industries to roll or open all kind of the puff pastes (Beklawa) as well as for pastries (Croissant). Guarantees constant thickness of paste layers.
* Heavy duty machine, strong frame,designed to support intensive work.
* Hard chromium plated and rectified steel cylinders, diam. 90 mm.
* Cylinders opening range: 40 to 0 mm with extremely progressive final lowering in step of 0.5 mm.
* Precise and strong scrapers for the top & bottom cylinders, easy to clean by simple rotating movement and without dismantling.
* On job completion, conveyor belts can be lifted to reduce overall dimension (idle position).
* Conveyor belts with differential speeds corresponding to natural movement and perfect operation.
* The machine is driven by a three phase gear-motor.
