The corrugated pipes are mainly used for water drainage, sewage outlet, insulation of wire and cable, heat supply engineering in high building and underground building, which are reliable.

This production line is with excellent performances in high automation, high production stability, high efficiency and convenient operation
2. The forming machine is divided into two types: internal pressure method and vacuum forming method. The corrugated molding cooling method is water-cooling and air-cooling.
3. Special designed extrusion die head assures long lasting screw life
4. The mould blocks produced by CNC processing center were to ensure a high precision and good quality
5. The forming unit applied of imported charging device, battery free of maintenance function, in case that the power is off, the working platform still can set back to disconnect the module and machine head
6. Special designed die head with double-spiral co-extrusion structure to ensure the thickness of online belling is well-distributed.
7. Excellent design, light weight and good-looking profile for shape of corrugated pipe.
