The sciLINER is a compact automated non-contact dispensing system for ultra-low volumes, specifically designed as an economical entry level for the production of Lateral Flow Tests or other membrane-based materials.
Equipped with unique online drop formation monitoring, and precise drop volume measurement, it guarantees accurate dispensing of continuous and dotted lines with a minimum dispense volume of 0.1 µl/cm.
Drop control is important when sensitive biological materials, such as antigens, antibodies or DNA are deposited. It forms the basis for a stable production of point of care tests based on membrane materials.
The sciLINER can be operated in either aspirate/dispense or bulk dispense mode to produce lines with widths ranging from  0.5 to 5 mm.
Freely scalable line spacing and adjustable line thickness ensure optimum flexibility. All membranes and flat targets with a size of up to 150 x 300 mm can be loaded.
With up to 4 channels, a flow rate of up to 8 ml/min and a printing speed of 20 seconds per NC sheet, the sciLINER is perfect for low to medium throughputs.
