Scrubbers and Polymerization Reactors – Chemical Process Equipment Fabricator and Installation Contractor for Industrial and Petrochemical Applications

Scrubbers and Polymerization Reactors represent high-specification chemical process equipment items requiring precision fabrication, material expertise, and rigorous quality assurance for safe and reliable operation in industrial and petrochemical processing environments. Our scrubber packages encompass fabrication of gas scrubbing columns, absorber towers, and wet scrubber vessels used for gas cleaning, acid gas removal (CO₂, H₂S), particulate removal, VOC absorption, and odour control applications. Scrubber internals including structured packing, random packing, bubble cap trays, sieve trays, liquid distributors, mist eliminators, and support grids are fabricated and installed as integral components of the complete scrubber assembly. Column shell fabrication accommodates high aspect ratios with precision shell roundness, weld alignment, and nozzle orientation control required for proper internal installation and performance.

Polymerization reactor packages cover batch and continuous reactor vessels used in polymer, resin, latex, and specialty chemical production processes. Reactor vessels are fabricated with internal agitator shaft penetrations, seal housings, heating/cooling jacket assemblies, internal coil systems, baffles, and process nozzle connections as specified by the reactor process design. Jacket and coil pressure systems are hydrotested independently to verify integrity prior to final vessel assembly.

Material selection for scrubbers and reactors encompasses carbon steel, stainless steel (304, 316, 316L), duplex stainless steel, high-nickel alloys (Inconel, Hastelloy), rubber-lined carbon steel, and FRP-clad steel as required by the specific chemical service, temperature, and corrosion requirements of each application. All material certifications are maintained with full traceability to vessel data sheet requirements.

Weld inspection, including 100% RT or UT of pressure seam welds as required by ASME code and client specification, PWHT where mandated by code or material requirements, hydrostatic pressure testing, and final dimensional and visual inspection are completed before vessel shipment. Complete documentation packages are supplied covering material certifications, weld records, PWHT records, NDE reports, and pressure test certificates.

All fabrication and installation activities comply with ASME Section VIII Division 1 or Division 2 as applicable, ISO 9001 quality management, and project-specific QA/QC and HSE procedures.
