The TECNO 3 MRC series semi-automatic cream mixing and refining system is designed especially for companies who wish to prepare high quality cream in medium to small batches, changing the type of product frequently. The line consists of a horizontal mixer, of a ball mill refiner bearings and of a system for filtering the cream. The refiner is made completely of AISI 304 stainless steel, it is equipped with a system for monitoring the set temperature, with the possibility to heat or cool the product.
