Wherever it is necessary for the product to be manufactured either directly after a production line or separately from the production line to short-cycle times, so-called fully automatic short-roll winders (with sleeve magazines and finished roller handling systems) of the ShortSlit series are used.
The great advantage of the fully automatic short-roll winders of the ShortSlit series are the cross-cutting and anchoring systems available for different materials for the automatic right-angled cross-cutting and application of the new material web to a prepared or unprepared winding sleeve as well as without sleeves.
Furthermore, the fully automatic short-roll winders of the ShortSlit series are predestined for the production of cut-to-size finished rolls. To this end, the ShortSlit series is available with manual, buy semi or fully automatic slitting-systems.
