“Reliable-瑞立保” Stone Composite Honeycomb Panel
The panel face and back plates can be made from different materials based on specific requirements, such as aluminium, stainless steel, colour steel, or natural stone. The curtain wall aluminium honeycomb panels are custom-made in the factory according to the site design dimensions. The panel edges are folded, then formed and laminated, with punched hanging ears integrated into the panel to make the honeycomb hanging panel more solid. The entire production is factory-controlled, ensuring reliable quality and easy, fast installation.Natural stone’s green, eco-friendly, and natural decorative effect has long been favoured by architects worldwide. However, its heavy weight, fragility, and difficulty in shaping have raised safety concerns and limited its wide use. Recently, domestic and international stone manufacturers and machinery producers have been working hard to develop ultra-thin stone panels to reduce weight and overcome the natural heaviness of stone. Yet, due to stone’s brittleness, thickness cannot be reduced indefinitely. The thinnest natural stone panels are about 8-9mm with conventional equipment.

The composite structure gives the product excellent impact resistance and bending strength, making it easier to create various shapes. This product has reached an international advanced level, filling a domestic gap, and is increasingly used for building curtain walls and interior/exterior decoration. “Reliable-瑞立保” stone composite honeycomb panels are lightweight, strong, rigid, flat, sound-insulating, and heat-insulating. They have excellent earthquake resistance, fireproof and chemical corrosion resistance, weather resistance, durability, natural and bright colours, and are easy to clean and maintain. This solves the problems of traditional panels, which are hard to install and have poor impact resistance.
