This strawberry paste without any added artificial colourings is particularly suitable for pastry recipes and gelato sorbet with a low dosage of milk.
DOSAGE 100 g of product, 300g of sugar , 50 g of Supergelmix MEC3, 1litre of water, (or 0,5 litres of water and 0,5 litres of milk ).
